Order Process

Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order.
Please allow about 1 week for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage, after your order has been processed.
*This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared/manufactured, and readied for shipment*

Shipping Information

Your order is delived by EMS. In the case of countries where shipment is impossible due to COVID-19, it may be converted to DHL.
We’ll let you know if anything changes in regards to your shipping (Information email)
Free Shipping is available on orders over 200 USD(the amount excluding customs and taxes)
If you purchase less than that amount, a flat shipping fee of 25 USD will be incurred.

Shipping Times:
delivery within 5-10 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch.
FACADE PATTERN cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties are not included in the price of the product you ordered.
Depending on the customs policy in your area, you may be required to pay import duties at or after receipt of the goods.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase.
We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment.
After receiving the order confirmation email, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 5-10 business days from dispatch.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
We aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Cancellations

Before we prepare your order, it allows you to cancel an item.
To cancel your order:
- If you have an account
1. Log into your account and click "My Page" and "Order" page.
2. Click "Cancellation" and leave the reason for cancellation.
3. We'll email you a confirmation of your canceled order.

- if you placed an order as a guest
1. Click "My Page" and "Order" page.
2. Enter your name, order number and guest password.
3. Click "Cancellation" and follow the steps to complete your request.

If your order has already been prepared, we can't cancel your order.

Reutrn Policy

You must apply for a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to return:
- If you have an account
1. Log into your account and click "My Page".
2. Click "Order" and find the order you would like to return and click on "Return"
3. Click the item you would like to return, leave the reason for the return.

- if you placed an order as a guest
1. Click "My Page" and "Order" page.
2. Enter your name, order number and guest password.
3. Click "Return" and follow the steps to complete your request.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt.
Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your refund to be re-adjusted back to your account.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
• If an item has a FACADE PATTERN brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. If you paid sales tax in the original purchase price, this will also be included in your refund. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our courier using the tracking number on your Returns Label.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
